4. **No reading or coaching session given by Megan is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.**
5. Pneuma Bloom LLC **accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading** or consultation with Megan or as well as content created by Megan including but not limited to youtube videos, blog posts, and workshops.
6. **Anti-Harassment:** Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Megan is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Megan to cease services immediately.
7. **You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Pneuma Bloom LLC**, and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
8. **Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply.** You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Megan.
9. **Social Media:** You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.
10. **You have read and understand our Privacy Policy**
11. **Payment Policies:** Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
12. **Intention of Material:** No material on this website or in any course or program or Pneuma Bloom LLC or on any social media platform of Pneuma Bloom or Megan is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
